Personal Training (One on One)

One on one Personal Training can be helpful whether it is for one session or long term. I try my best to leave my clients with the tools necessary to reach their goals. Every new client goes through a comprehensive fitness assessment which includes measurements, tests of weight, bodyfat, strength, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular fitness. This is meant as a means of establishing a base level to work with and gives us objective data to assess your progress with. Over time we will periodically reassess to check your progress and make whatever adjustments that are necessary.
