Group Fitness Boot Camp/ Ultimate Abs

Beginning June 27th I will begin a 10 week boot camp which will combine the energy and excitement of Group exercise with the personalized attention of Personal Training. 2/3 of the class will be Intervals for strength & conditioning and we will finish off with abs. All of this for $10 per session. There will be 2 sessions, A Sunday morning class and a Thursday evening class.

Classes begin:

Sundays at 9am (beginning June 26th)

Thursdays at 6pm (beginning July 1)

FAQ’s
Where will the boot camps be held? Classes will be held in Central Park. Neat the North West entrance.

Who can take the classes? This class is open to all levels. Because we use an interval training format, sessions can be catered to the person’s fitness level.

What should I bring with me? All that I’d recommend is an exercise mat and a bottle of water.
