Drills- Drills is a new fitness class designed completely from the ground up to provide unique, intense and fun workout. The concept of Drills is unique to the fitness industry. It’s a hybrid of boot camp, body weight and athletic training. The goal of the class is to mimic training for a specific sport. Each class focuses on a different sport and different components of fitness making each class unique.

What size are the classes? Drills can be done in groups both large and small since minimal equipment is needed.
What is the level of fitness required for this class? The great thing about the class is that it’s open to most fitness levels. While the class is intense, everything is based on time so any person can work at a rate that is comfortable to them.
What is the class like? Once a sport is chosen, the exercises are focused on the specific components of fitness required for that sport. After spending a lot of the class training, we then go to a final section which mimics the conditions of participating in that sport for an intense close to the class.
Tabatas- Tabatas utilizes the HIIT (high intensity interval training) method to produce the best results in the shortest time possible. It is an interval training workout which works by mixing periods of high intensity activity with short rests. A typical tabatas workout lasts 30 minutes but you get the same benefits as an hour of most other group exercise classes. Another great part about the class is that the music is set up specifically for the class and tells you when to start and when to rest.
