Early Riser/ Weekend Warrior Bootcamp
With the weather getting warmer, I will once again be offering outdoor bootcamp classes in Central Park. Classes will consist of High Intensity Interval training (HIIT) with a 15 minute express abs class at the end. HIIT is the most efficient way to get in shape. HIIT involves alternating work and rest intervals in order to maintain a high work rate throughout the workout. This allows a person to work as intensely as possible for a short period of time. A typical HIIT workout lasts 20-30 minutes but is more effective and 2 hours of traditional exercise.
The Early Morning/ Weekend Warrior Bootcamp is meant for people with limited time during the week to exercise. The efficiency of the workout, as well as the times offer participants a fitness program which doesn’t interfere with work. Most of the classes are going to take place early in the morning and on the weekends. There will be a few alternative time available in the daytime.
Dates/ Scheduling
Classes will take place during the months of May and June 2012. The class schedule will remain the same, weekly beginning May 1 and ending June30.
Mondays- 5:30am- 6am (HIIT) 6am-6:15am (express abs)
Tuesdays- 12pm-12:30pm (HIIT) 12:30pm-12:45pm (express abs)
Wednesdays- 5:30am- 6am (HIIT) 6am-6:15am (express abs)/ 8:30am- 9am (HIIT) 9am-9:15am (express abs)
Thursdays- 8:30am- 9am (HIIT) 9am-9:15am (express abs)
Fridays- 5:30am- 6am (HIIT) 6am-6:15am (express abs)
Saturdays- 9am- 9:30am (HIIT) 9:45am-10am (express abs)/ 1pm- 1:30pm (HIIT) 1:45pm-2pm (express abs)
Sundays- 9am- 9:30am (HIIT) 9:30am-9:45am (express abs)/ 10am- 10:30am (HIIT) 10:45am-11am (express abs)
Location
We will meet 10 minutes before each class at the Columbus Circle entrance to Central Park at 59th street and Central Park West.

- Classes are limited to 25 people so please email me to confirm your attendance.
- No fitness equipment is necessary, however, it is recommended that you bring your own mat as well as a water bottle and towel.
FAQ’s
What should my fitness level be to attend this bootcamp? The class is open to all levels. Interval training is based on speed and not weight or a set number of repetitions. The faster you go, the harder it is so everyone works at their own pace.
What is the policy in the event of bad weather? Please check this page for weather updates. In the event of a cancellation, unlimited package users can make the class up in the following month.
